This was our first experience transporting our vehicle and we were nervous. However in reviewing the multiple brokers/carriers, Mercury Auto transport appeared to be the most credible with good reviews, BBB rating and website was very informative of the process. We worked directly with Joshua Guckenberger from the onset and throughout the process, he was great. Joshua took the time to explain the process, answer our questions, and keeping us informed almost daily up to the point of agreeing to a carrier and then confirming the process beyond up to the point of our delivery and pick up of our vehicle. I would highly recommend Mercury and Josh.
