Mercury diligently looked for a transport company for our over-sized vehicle, and got one within 12 days of availability. The transport company, however, was very bad to non-existent with communication and missed both pickup and delivery times and dates repeatedly. This isn't really Mercury's fault, though, so I'm not going to downgrade their service rating because of it.
