Carlos was in constant/regular contact w/me throughout the process. Very professional, good follow up. Very impressed with the quality of the driver/equipment and transport company secured to transport my vehicle. Not the cheapest nor most expensive of the many broker quotes received and worth every penny. When I next need to ship a vehicle Mercury will be my first choice.
