Had a great experience with Spencer Thomas at Mercury with a recent shipment. He quoted me a fair price within 30 mins, and was available to answer all my questions. The quote was fair - less than other brokerage sites (Shipley) and brokers (Montway) but not as cheap as other sketchier brokers that are still calling me trying to pick up my car because "they have a truck already in the area". Price was exactly where it needed to be to get the vehicle picked up within a day. Spencer himself was communicative throughout, and vehicle arrived on time in great condition with a good transporter. No issued - great experience!!
