I recently needed to ship a car from Portland, OR to Allentown, PA. This was my first experience shipping a vehicle. I quickly learned that the process could be like the wild Wild West. One of the responses I received was from Carol Ciriello of Mercury Auto Transport. Her email and later phone call clearly explained the transport process and what I could expect from the many brokers and transporters. I received quotes from several brokers. The” low to high” price range was extraordinary. The order went to Carol who’s original quote fell close to the middle of the range. She quickly put the shipment in the system and communicated everyday during the until car was picked up. She promised to only chose only transporters with excellent customer service and high ratings. The transport driver called several days before the pickup to confirm the date and time. When he picked up the car he was professional, well dressed and drove a clean, nice looking red truck and trailer loaded with expensive vehicles. My car was delivered 6 days later without a scratch and we were pleased and relieved. Thanks Carole for making this an easy and successful experience.
