I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience with Mercury Auto Transport. We try our best to get your vehicle picked up on your desired date, but unfortunately we can't guarantee pick up or delivery dates due to the unpredictable nature of auto transport which can cause delays. We do try our best to get every customers vehicle shipped in a timely manner and most of the time it works in our favor, but this time is did not and we are sorry for that.
