Joe was very professional and efficient from start to finish. The process was smooth and the vehicle was delivered practically next day (from Florida to Austin, TX). I can't say enough about our driver, Jose of VJ Transport - he was accommodating and very informative. His contact and communication was awesome! I would very much choose to do shipping with Jose and Mercury Auto Transport again. Thanks so much for the great and quick service.
