From start to finish booking my car transport with Mercury Transport was great. I was NOT transporting a high dollar vehicle like a "limited edition LAMBORGHINI" but just regular vehicle HOWEVER from the very start with Rachel Nelson, the booking agent, she treated me like I was a very special client with a very special vehicle. She got me a fantastic quote and disclosed all the costs involved. She answered all my questions and concerns. Rachel was there for me from start to finish. The carrier - J & R Transport - we were very impressed with carrier vehicle. It was like new with very high tech with all kinds of hydraulic lifts and tech stuff. The driver,Joslin Ramirez, just didn't drive my car onto the ramp and got into position. He was very meticulous positioning it on the carrier. It was quite obvious that he took pride in his work and knew what he was doing.
