This was my first encounter with Joe Kelly and let’s just say it was all about communication and execution. I had two cars moved from FL to CA. Joe was in constant communication and when the first carrier had an issue (mechanical issue with the rig) I called Joe and within 10 minutes we had another transport lined up. Probably Joe’s best attribute is the communication. His email and texts are timely and his 3 page outline of expectations and do’s and dont’s are perfect for the first time user. There was follow up to insure my car had been picked up as well. It a market known for lots of shady people Joe shines through! Highly recommend his services and I know you will be pleased with the final outcome. Moving is stressful and when Joe’s in charge this is one thing you can check off that will get done.
