We were interested in shipping a car from Massachusetts to Virginia, and really didn't know what was involved. I did a search and talked to several brokers. I ended up choosing to work with Jim Godze. Right from the beginning he was great in telling me all the steps that were involved and how things worked. He also sent emails explaining how the car shipping business worked and what to expect. When we were waiting for the car to be picked up, we received daily emails/text messages from Jim about the status and when the car was actually going to be picked up. He also checked in with us while the car was in transit, and when it made it to our final destination. Working with Jim was easy. He took the stress out of the whole experience.
