Carol was fantastic to work with, extremely kind and responsive, even gave me her personal cell number to reach her for emergencies. She updated me daily and was very prompt when she found a driver. First time ever shipping a car anywhere, and I had to ship mine across the country. Quoted me a reasonable price and when they found a driver (very quickly too, I even declined the first one because I was not expecting it to be so soon, I had a very wide pickup window in case there were no takers initially) the price I wound up paying was not much more than my original quote, plus I even got a little student discount. The driver was friendly upon pickup and the other driver that dropped it off was very timely as well, my car was picked up on a Saturday evening and dropped off the following Thursday afternoon. 5 days for a cross country delivery? Very impressive, thank you to the dispatcher US Road Inc as well! Car was dirty when I got it but that was expected on an open carrier, that's what wax is for! I had some belongings in the trunk as well, everything was safe and sound. Thank you again for an excellent experience, would highly recommend Carol and Mercury to anyone in need of shipping a car for the first time, or any time really.
