Joshua Guckenberger at Mercury was terrific and helped us get the most effortless and smooth experience for shipping our car across country. I had shipped a car before (with a company that was not Mercury) and it was a nightmare. And I'd heard other family members have bad experiences with other companies, too. We were referred to Mercury by a friend and had the ideal customer service experience. Joshua helped me understand the overwhelming process and empowers his customers with really helpful information. He's highly responsive and listens to customers' needs and comfort level. He's also honest and realistic and gives excellent advice on how to get the outcome we wanted. My delivery was scheduled when I preferred, in a price range I could afford, and even arrived earlier in the window that I was promised. I would trust Joshua with all my cars going forward. I highly, highly recommend him and Mercury!
