I had never had a need to transport a car before. I took a chance on Mercury Auto Transport and their agent, Spencer Thomas. I am very glad that I did. Spencer kept in contact with me daily as he located a carrier. The carrier he located was excellent. He showed up at the exact time to get my car and he delivered it to his destination a day ahead of time. The communication was good, The price was as promised and there were no hidden or additional fees. If I ever have to transport another vehicle I will be going to Mercury Auto Transport first and ask for Spencer.
