I worked with Paul Martin to ship my car from NJ to CA, and he was extremely transparent and helpful. Due to high demand for carriers, it took a bit longer than usual to find me a carrier, but Paul was in contact with me every day keeping me updated. Once a carrier was found, the process went smoothly and my car was delivered in the exact condition I had left it in.
