Kandy Kelly was my agent. She got right on it and responded quickly to questions. Set expectations early and provided some industry education so that I knew how the process worked. The price came in higher than the quote by about a third. But, in all fairness, my vehicle was located in a kind of rural place and was arguably a weird route. With a lot of people sitting on their backsides due to COVID unemployment candy, I was lucky anybody was driving at all. I was about to message Kandy to just bid me higher so somebody would actually get my vehicle and she contacted me first. She told me in advance what the price would be before I incurred any charges. I was satisfied.
