I had to ship a car from Florida to California as part of a Military PCS move. I had zero experience shipping a car prior to this. I signed up first with Amerifreight who low balled their quote pretty hard, then signed up with SGT. I had a terrible experience with SGT, who also gave me the bait and switch on a price and left me hanging for a week. They would provide me with zero updates on finding a driver, requiring me to call multiple times. I cancelled with them, and luckily found Jim from Mercury. Jim was awesome! Gave me a quote, but was realistic with me and told me it's probably going to take a little more to get a driver interested. I appreciated the honesty. Jim kept me updated with daily texts and emails, and always answered his phone. He found a driver for the quoted price with a very reputable company (Global Cargo Logistics). Long story short, if I ever have to ship a car again, I'm calling Jim at Mercury. Dont waste your time anywhere else.
