This is the second time I used Mercury this year. Paul was my contact person for the second time. Paul made a hard stressful situation much easier. Pail stayed in contact with me ,keeping me updated when my transporter would arrive. Someone with Mercury also continued to stay in touch with from the time my vehicle was picked up until it arrived at its destination. The transporter was also in continual contact with me throughout the process. Thanks again for all yalls help.
