I wasn't sure what I was getting into when I sent a "request" for a rat to transport a car from IN to CA... I must have received a zillion emails from a zillion people... all with their different "pitch" and price... but, I ended up going with Mercury because of Joe Kelly... not only was he professional, but he wasn't "pushy"... he gave me some "watch out tips" and that was very helpful as well... he was a couple hundred higher, but it was worth every penny AND they got my car to CA in record time! Picked up on a Tues in Indiana and arrived to CA on Friday... delivered on Sat morning without a hitch... I will definitely use again! And will tell anyone I know to use Joe!! Fantastic experience!!
