Our daughter needed to ship her car from AZ to PA, and she was on a tight time schedule. Another company was dropping the ball on arranging for a carrier to get the car in AZ. Scott jumped on the case and was able to arrange a pickup just in time for our daughter to catch her flight from AZ back to PA in time for the holiday weekend. Scott was very direct, explained the way the system works very clearly, and hustled to make sure everything came together in a timely fashion. Then he and his office followed up to make sure our car was delivered on time in PA
