My experience with Mercury Auto Transport and agent Tracy Nelson was excellent. Communication was prompt and pleasant, I was kept updated through booking and follow-up once my car was picked up. Although the initial cost quote was lower than expected, I took the first bid from a truck to haul it and it was still on the low end of my budget. The car was picked up promptly in Florida on Saturday and I was shocked to see it delivered here in central Oregon on Wednesday! The truck it was hauled on one was one of the nicest haulers I've seen, the drivers pleasant, the whole process seamless and I'm quite happy! Highly recommend Mercury based on my experience!
