As a first-time auto transport customer, I was nervous about how the process would work and whether my car would reach its destination safely. My case manager, Paul Martin, at Mercury Auto Transport, was highly responsive to my needs and answered all of my questions promptly-- even in regards to a special request that I made when I thought my schedule wouldn't allow for a pre-scheduled pickup to take place. Paul Martin won me over with his honesty from the start and assured me that the selected carrier was a good company and that my vehicle would be in good hands. No fuss about pricing or other shenanigans, which I appreciated. On pickup, I met the driver and paid cash to retrieve my vehicle. Simple transaction. Moving long-distance is stressful enough, so if you ever need to ship a car in the future, don't hesitate to contact Paul Martin at Mercury Auto Transport. I certainly would trust their expertise again.
