Things didn’t work out as planned with my trade in, so I had to get it shipped back home and only had a small window. They were able to get it loaded and on the road within a very short amount of time, and were extremely friendly. I took a star off because I found many cheaper rates afterwards, and their policy is that you can’t change its. Which my understanding was the site I used found me a group of people who were competing for a bid, and I had plenty of choices left at a cheaper rate. Not holding it against them though, they were pleasant people to deal with, and I understand business have rules. They have to pay their bills too! Next time I will give myself more time and choose from a bigger list of people. Which I might be needing done soon if I can manage to sell this car they wouldn’t take for a trade in.
