Let me start off first by saying Deb did an excellent job explaining her roll and the entire shipping process prior to accepting Mercury’s offer to ship my car. The process was pretty smooth. The dispatch team was very prompt in returning my messages. I never spoke to anyone due to what I assume was a preference in texts and emails, but as long as I received a response in a timely manner I was totally fine with this mode of communication. The driver was great and on time within the 2 day window I was given for my delivery. My only minor issue was I wished that I had received an ETA update while on the road so I could plan roughly which day and estimated time of arrival to prepare for. He did contact me about an hour prior to arrival and had my car already off the truck and ready. Overall great experience with this process and will do business again!
