Ryan Fowler is a great communicator; quick to answer and respond to calls and texts and patient in his explanations of how it works to ship your car with Mercury. He explained the bid system for carriers in detail and has daily updates while your car is listed for shipping. I had said there was no rush for shipping, so I got what I felt was a very fair price after waiting about fourteen business days, especially for having personal belongings shipped with my car. Once a carrier was selected, the process was also very smooth with pickup and delivery! Couldn’t be happier about this service, and I had heard about them through a friend who had said the same thing. Keep it up Ryan and Mercury!
