Great experience. Ivan was great to work with. He sent several emails with information that is beneficial for first time shippers that set expectations for the process. This was my third time shipping a vehicle but it was also my best experience. The emails were very helpful though. I will work with them again. June, in the fulfillment department was wonderful. She stayed in touch with me to ensure that the carrier was staying in contact with me. My vehicle was picked up within one day of my requested day and was delivered in a timely fashion. No hidden charges like I've experienced in the past.
