I’m typically very skeptical when it comes to 3rd party scenarios, especially when it comes to something like shipping a relatively expensive car (literally) all the way across the country. My experience with Mercury was refreshingly positive. Pick up and deliver timing where pretty much exactly as explained, no issues and no supervises. I was impressed by Ivan Castaneda’s consistent follow up and general availability. (I will only call him next time) Overall this was a very smooth transaction and I’m happy to leave a positive review for these guys.
