As a first time user of auto transportation, I was pretty lost. But Rachel Nelson at Mercury Auto Transport was fantastic and informative. She was very understanding and patient all the way thru to the delivery of the truck. The driver who delivered the truck, Damien Perez, was also very considerate and efficient. I rode my bicycle up to meet him at parking lot of shopping mall and fell and cut my hand. Mr. Perez was kind enough to give me a couple of band-aids. I can't say enough about the good service both Rachel and Damien gave me!!
