Before I spoke with John Garcia at Mercury Transport, I have spoken to a few other agents from different companies. First, I looked at the presentation of John Garcia quote offers, then after talking to him, I can tell the difference between his customer service skills and the others. I told my wife “that’s it” I am going with John’s company. The car arrived before the expected time. Not a scratch on the car exterior and interior. No missing items were found from more than 5 boxes. Not a single person tried to get any extra money from me other than what we agreed upon. Awesome service!
