Transport Order #2292917 - From start to finish, I found TRACY NELSON at MERCURY AUTO TRANSPORT to be ahead of the game in her field of service. I took many leaps of faith in purchasing a vehicle on-line, some 1300 miles away, even as another leap of faith led me straight to her. After searching various websites, we called MERCURY due to their excellent reviews; we were not disappointed. We were immediately given a quote by Tracy, which held true throughout the process, no changes - and it was MORE REASONABLE than several others. Once my dealership paperwork was complete, Tracy immediately went to bat for me, serving as the go-between. Within 24 hours she was able to link me with a transport company/driver - who then picked up my vehicle THE SAME DAY! NO WAIT! She was a God-send: very professional as she took charge of things, sending me emails regarding next steps, and keeping me completely informed. Her warm personality also gave us great assurance. I would recommend Tracy (along with June and their team, of course, smile) - TO EVERYONE. "Do not fear, be of good cheer! You can rest "Mercury-assured."
