After a disappointing experience with a different company, Carlos came through and got my Mustang to me at the time I expected, at the price I expected. He took the time to explain how the transport industry works and and ensured I understood the bidding system for transport companies to bid on and accept shipping jobs. What I love is the fact that he wanted to make sure I was 100% comfortable with process before we proceeded. Carlos is a true professional!
