Twice! Twice I have tried to use Mercury and swore after the first time I would never again. Now this time I swear I won’t. Jim Gozde is a liar. Make it seem like they are working so hard to find you a carrier but keep giving you a run around. And when you ask a simple question “Hey do you think it will get picked up?” I get told find someone else. But hey it’s 2020 and he has bigger problems. If Mercury ever wants to be successful dump that guy. I have the text messages to prove it! So much for satisfaction guarantee. I ship a lot I will never even quote with you again. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO TALK TO KEVIN GAUTHIER AT EAST COAST AUTO TRANSPORT!
