Trenton was a huge help!! I was dealing with another company that would not work with me, help me understand the process and how it works. Not everyone knows and understand how this process works and Trenton laid out the facts of how everything worked for me and made me feel comfortable and confident about my shipment. Trenton kept in constant contact with me about my shipment and was there when I had any questions about the process. Even when Trenton couldn't reach out, another employee from Mercury Auto Transport, Minta, reached out to me to make sure the pick-up went good and that the driver had been in communication with me about the delivery. I would recommend this company and I would definitely recommend Trenton again. If I do another vehicle shipment, I know who I will be contacting!!! Life Made Easy
