First of all, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Jim Gozde, from Mercury Auto Transport for his exceptional choice of a carrier, outstanding customer service skills and communication updates. From the first email I received from Jim I knew that this the one I want to hire to have my first experience with Vehicle transport. In the email he explained to me the whole process and educated me about Vehicle transport. He used to email and text me everyday to coordinate with me and I’m sure that he put lots of effort behind the scenes. I cannot enough thank Jim Gozde for his great efforts he employed in this process. Emil, who was chosen by Jim to take care of my car was great driver and he has fantastic customer service skills. I’m extremely pleased that I chose Jim for this mission despite of receiving tens of emails from other Auto Transport Carriers. I surely recommend both of these gentlemen to take care of any future customer who needs auto transport. Thank you Jim
