From the 1st time I made contact with Deb Ciriello ( broker agent) she was on the case, took all the information and found a truck to haul my purchase from So Cal to VT.
There was a big delay in finding a truck due to the remoteness of the drop off point in VT
She never gave up finding a truck and was very communicative at all points in the search . It was very stressful on my part trying to get a hauler but she was very upbeat and persisted in getting a fair deal for me.
Price was a little bit higher than originally quoted but in all fairness the broker fee seemed to have been reduced so it was pretty much a wash.
If I had to do it again I would use Mercury Transport
