Great experience with Mercury Auto Transport

We had a very good experience with Mercury Auto Transport. I contacted many brokers to get prices, and Mercury was the most affordable. Not only that, but Jim at Mercury was the only one who contacted me directly, and answered my questions promptly. I appreciated his email with advice on do's and don't's while looking for a broker - the information was very helpful. No other company took the time to help the customer as much as Jim did. When I left the car to be picked up, I had to leave the key with the concierge at a hotel. The driver came fully prepared to pick up the car, with his ID. Given the unusual circumstances of the pick up, it was great that it went smoothly. During the time of the transport, if I had any questions at all, Jim at Mercury was there to help me out if I needed it. The car was delivered in the same condition it was when it was picked up, the driver was great about being in touch about his arrival date. I recommend Mercury Auto Transport with no hesitation at all. It has gone very smoothly.
