Thank you Carol Ciriello of Mercury Auto Transport for making a trying time easier. I had heard all the nightmare stories of how a car transport could go terribly wrong so I was worried to say the least. Carol could not have been more helpful, professional and considerate! She was honest with me and took the journey right along with me, holding my hand from our first conversation to post delivery and points in between. The driver she found me was terrific. He was on time (even ahead of schedule @ the destination), kept in contact with me and took great care of my car. I could not have been happier with Carol, Mercury and Peter my driver!!! Thank you all for an exceptionally easy, stress free transport.
