Jim Gozde was highly communicative. The driver, Vladmir, also very communicative. I would have awarded 5 stars for the service, except that the price quote was increased by nearly 20% at the last minute prior to pickup. We were in no rush to have the vehicle shipped, therefore could have easily waited for another driver to take the lower quoted bid price. Granted, even at the higher price paid, it was lower than the next highest bid from another carrier, which is the sole reason we did not cancel despite being rushed into taking this deal (Jim already scheduled the driver).
The vehicle arrived in as good condition as might be expected from an open carrier.
I would use this carrier again, but this company should be MUCH more clear that the initial bid offer price CAN and WILL change (increase) subject to the driver's bid. If the broker cannot find a deal based on the offer, they should either take a lesser brokerage fee in order to make it happen at the price they quoted, or withdrawal the offer altogether.
