This was my first time to send a car with a transport company. My agent, Kathy Gardner, was very professional and went out of her way to get me scheduled at the price she originally quoted. She stayed involved through the entire process. The transport company was responsive and the driver was courteous and careful. It was a great experience, better than I expected.
