Hi Brian, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience with Mercury didn't go as you expected. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Your input, and the feedback of all of our customers is important to us. We do try our best to find the best most reliable carrier for all of our customers shipments. Per your comments we have spoken with the carrier that was assigned to you and will not be doing business with them again until they improve their communication and the ways that they operate.
