Great customer service. Jim Gozde was always reachable and arranged for a driver who was also always reachable, answered phone calls and texts right away. Driver ended up picking up car one day later than initially planned but was ok for our schedule then drove to destination a lot quicker than other company estimates. Price did increase from original quote but was holiday weekend with fewer drivers available, and was still less than competitor quotes. Would definitely use Mercury and Jim Gozde again in the future.
