Jim was easy to deal with and kept every promise he made.
The transport driver was the most professional and hard working individual I've ever dealt with in this business. He made every effort to
get my vehicle to it's destination (and that was no easy task). I wish they were all like him.
Jim's follow-up call was also a very nice touch.
