After receiving many quotes and much weighing whether I should fly/pick up/drive or ship I finally filled out the order form for Mercury Transport. I was contacted by Mercury on Tues, my car was picked up on Thurs and delivered here on Sat in perfect condition. I couldn't ask for anything better. I'd requested a quote from them a few weeks prior but never contacted anyone or took the next step until I filled out their form. I was then contacted by Kat, but I was still very hesitant. I am a newbie and after reading tons of reviews, I was literally against shipping my car due to all the horror stories. Kat explained everything and was even patient when I hesitated to give my CC information. I wanted to be sure they could get someone who they've used prior and they knew had a good reputation for not damaging cars and timeliness. Once she got me on the board everything went so fast. They had a carrier (Ambela Inc) within hours and the rest is history as they say. I would definately use them again if I ever needed to ship a car.
