I can't begin to express my gratitude for all of your help with the movement of my mother's vehicle after my father's abrupt passing. Needless to say, it was a difficult period for my family and the stress of a sudden and unexpected move across the country only added to this challenging time. I would like to commend both Joel, the Transport Logistic Specialist of Mercury Auto Transport and the assigned driver Alex, of DIL Trucking Inc.. Both were extremely polite, professional and timely with their communications and assessment on the pickup and delivery times of my mother's vehicle. It could not have gone any better and I cannot say enough good things about Joel for his coordinating efforts and Alex for his punctuality and professionalism throughout this entire shipment process.
