I got an amazing car shipping service from Juan Carlos Bonitto. While I was having a hard time with Terry from Fast Track Auto Carriers, he was professionally helped me get my car back. At that time, I already paid $100 to Fast Track Auto Carriers, and the company kept ignoring my call right after that. To make sure that a driver was assigned to me, Juan put the driver on the phone so that I can have a conversation with him. It did not even take long. I'd like to say thank you to Juan again. He helped me a lot. Also, losing my $100, I realized that I need to tell people to choose the right shipping company, Mercury, when they need a car shipping service. I will recommend Mercury to people around me. Thank you.
