In a weird industry, this was a great experience! I picked Gilberto and Mercury because his was the clearest email I got from any auto transport agent. He got things set up in a snap, and we had a carrier (Easterling) within a day. They picked up the car without a hitch, used an enclosed truck without my paying extra, and actually got it here incredibly fast a day early. Car was in perfect shape. This was also the second cheapest quote I received among a dozen. Thank you!
