Trying to decide which company was best suited to my budget and shipping needs was difficult. However, once I chose Mercury Auto, I couldn't have been more pleased with my choice. Michael Moed was assigned to my order; his professionalism and helpfulness were quite impressive. When there were conflicts with the carrier company, I called Michael and he immediately addressed the issues. His patience was a relief, since there was much back and forth and I didn't have much knowledge about the car shipping industry. Michael found another carrier, and about 2 days later the truck was there to pick up my car! I couldn't be more grateful to Michael or Mercury Auto for the safe and quick shipment of my car. In the future, I will certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a car shipment!
