I contacted Michael and told him I needed the car in New York ASAP. He called me back within 45 minutes and said the car could be picked up the next day. The transport company was excellent. They picked up the car when they said. Both Michael and the drivers were in constant contact with us. The car was delivered on the day it was promised. Not only did I use Michael, my brother also used Michael to ship his car from Los Angeles to New York and found the experience super. I will definitely use Mercury Auto again!!
