Thank-you for your feedback and for taking the time to write about your experience.I wanted to point out a few things.We sent our carrier to the long beach address you had provided to find out the car is located in Port Hueneme about 100 miles away ,and also was not ready for pick-up.This is why the carrier wanted additional money. We tried to accommodate you by getting you another carrier, and you declined the offer since it would be a few days for another pick-up. You said you were going to go get the vehicle, so we refunded our fee back to you .We are sorry we did not meet our beat your expectations. We work very hard on each and every customers transport.Thank-you for the opportunity to work with you.
