Thank-you for taking the time to write us a review, and for allowing us to resolve the issues with your transportation. Sorry for the discrepancy  We have refunded the difference .  We are working with the carriers insurance to have the scratches fixed. Sorry for the headache. I am glad we were able to resolve the issues with this transport.
