Great customer service put me at ease

This was my first time dealing with a vehicle transporter so I was feeling a little anxious about it. The constant communication with Tom via phone and email put me at ease about the whole process. Within about a day or two, he found an enclosed carrier (Yukon Express) for my 05 Lotus Elise who picked up the car from Las Vegas, NV on Monday with no issue. I was expecting to get the car by Saturday and was pleasantly surprised by a Wednesday delivery to my new home in San Angelo, TX!

If I find myself in need of a transport again, I will have no doubt about who to contact again, thanks again Tom!
